2024 Fundraising Program Order Form


Just like the Derby Festival itself, the Pegasus Pin is about having fun and giving back to the Louisville community!

Showcase your organization while you raise money by selling Pegasus Pins – customized to include your name and logo in the design. The best news? Customized pins work the same way that a Pegasus Pin works – they allow free admission to any event that requires a Pegasus Pin Admission.

Here’s how it works: 

  • Order your custom pins (minimum quantity of 100) for $5 each.
  • YOU set the price at which you sell your custom pins. (We recommend a minimum of $10).
  • Customize with your organization’s name and/or logo.
  • Send digital logo (vector art preferred) in both full color and one-color black to
  • Orders must be received by February 23, 2024, to get your pins in time for 2024 Festival Pin Admission Events.
  • Delivery time approximately 4-6 weeks.
  • Actual pin size–approximately 1 3/8″ overall.

The opportunities to raise money with your custom Pegasus Pin is only limited by your creativity.

For example, in addition to providing admission to Derby Festival events, you could also offer discount admission to paid activities at your school with the custom pin, or if you have a relationship with a retail or food partner, they could provide a coupon offer to go along with a pin purchase.
